Find your little Peaceful Path! How can you connect with the peace within? It’s around you, you just have to take the time to observe where that space is and reconnect with it.
Here is one way of trying to explore through your meditation. It can sometimes take many different way of trying to get to that peaceful space….
Here are Six Steps to a Peaceful Meditation ~ BY DADAJI J. P. VASWANI
The FIRST is the step of rhythmic breathing. Breathe in slowly, easily, evenly, and deeply and then breathe out slowly, easily, evenly, and deeply.
The SECOND is the step of detached observation. In this step, as an observer you have to watch the movements of the mind. Detach yourself from the mind. This is very, important. You are not the mind. You are only watching the mind. Observe the mind without any judgment, without any criticism. You are but a silent observer; observe without judgment, without criticism. You will find that as you detach yourself from the mind and just keep on watching it, its movements, gradually the mind will cease its activities.
The THIRD step is the step of serenity, the step of peace. In this third step, you may imagine yourself as a rock in the midst of an ocean. Waves arise. Be the rock.
The FORTH step is the step where you realize your oneness with all that is, all men, all creatures, all things, all conditions. You are not apart from others. The others & you are parts of the one great whole.
The FIFTH is meditation on your immortality. In the fourth step you have realized that you are not merely in your physical body. You are in all that is, in the experience that we call death. It is the body that drops down, the physical body. But you will continue to be, even when the body has dropped down, you will continue to be in every grain of sand, in every drop of water, in every ray of sunshine. Death cannot touch you.
The SIXTH step. In this step you breathe out peace and happiness, goodwill and bliss to all. May all be happy and full of peace and bliss.

Beginner Yoga Pose for Balance and Stability
Eagle Pose ~ Garudasana
How about trying Eagle Pose today and creating a stronger and more balanced you!! Remember to bring left leg over right and right arm over left. So when opposites are connected you can gain better balance. Keep the standing leg bent, and if you cannot connect the foot behind the ankle that’s ok, it doesn’t have to. When you have the arms connected and you gain your balance, slightly pull up your arms, bring your attention to your core so the body is working together. Let the breath flow through the body smoothly. Hold the pose and switch sides when you are ready!
Try These Healthy and Delicious Zucchini Parmesan Crisps
- Cooking spray
- 2 medium zucchini (about 1 pound total)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (3/4-ounce)
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds. In a medium bowl, toss the zucchini with the oil. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs, salt, and a few turns of pepper. Dip each round into the Parmesan mixture, coating it evenly on both sides, pressing the coating on to stick, and place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the zucchini rounds until browned and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove with spatula. Serve immediately.
